Setting Out

This is in the second rehearsal and it is where you star teaching the drill. The drill is what the band does on the field. If the drill is done incorrectly, you do not get points at competition. If the drill is too simple, you won’t get as many points but do not push your band off the edge of the cliff with it. If the band cannot do it you need to adapt to what the band can do and fit it in. This is better to do when the band is smaller and having trouble. But, if you bought the drill, you can’t change it and you will have to work harder to get the parts the band struggles with onto the field.
